Financial Section
Article 1 Passes
Sec. 1. The
league is to issue its own passes. Fifty (50) passes will be issued to
each school and will be distributed by the principal. Student groups in
uniform are to be granted free admission. The league Commissioner is
responsible for printing and distributing league passes. Passes should be
alternating colors from year to year. A pass is good for the bearer, plus
one guest.

Sec. 1. This admission scale represents a maximum.

C. TVL and CIF passes
will be honored at all league contests. The honoring of passes from other
leagues will be based on a mutual agreement of the principals of the competing
schools.
Article III Awards
Sec. 1. Varsity and frosh/soph pennants or trophies may be
purchased by individual schools if desired. Each school is responsible
for the cost of the awards.
Sec. 2. Each sport will select "All League
Players" (patches are provided by the TVL) based upon 2.0 X the number of
starters and multiplied by the ratio of the number of schools participating
divided by the number of schools in the league. (included in this number
are all player awards, MOP, etc.) Honorable mention: Only those student
athletes receiving a nomination for all league recognition (according to the
bylaws for each sport) shall be considered honorable mention. There will
be no additional nominations for this honor.

Sec. 4. Certificates:
A. The Coach of
the Year in each sport will be issued a certificate provided by the
league. Co-Coaches of the Year may be selected: They must be from
different schools.
B. The Most
Outstanding Player in each sport will be issued a certificate provided by the
league.
C. Wrestling as
per bylaws: Coaches of the teams will select 3 outstanding wrestlers for the
season, including the TVL Tournament, to receive Outstanding Wrestler
Certificates
Sec. 5. The league will purchase medals and/or trophies for:
A. Cross Country
a. Medals for the top 7 runners on the championship
teams: Boys varsity and girls varsity. (14 medals)
b. Medals for the league's top ten finishers in the
TVL Meet excluding the championship team: Boys varsity and girls varsity.
(20 medals)
B. Wrestling
a. Medals for the individuals at the Boys and Girls
TVL Meet at the varsity level who qualify for the divisionals.
1st–4th No JV medals. (JV medals may be purchased by the coaches)
C. Track
a. Medals for the 1st -3rd place finishers at the TVL
Meet: Boys varsity and girls varsity.
D. Tennis
a. Plaques for singles and doubles first and second
at the TVL Meet: Boys varsity and girls varsity--16 awards, $10.00 per award
E. Golf
a. Six (6) championship medals to be awarded the
League Tourney winning team and one championship (1) medal to the League
Tourney first place individual.

Article IV Costs For League Tournaments
Sec. 1. Wrestling: TVL will cover officials and ticket
takers. (See Wrestling Rules)
Sec. 2. Tennis: TVL will cover the cost of venue
rental with TVL approval.
Article V Cost of Teams From Other Leagues Participating in TVL
Sec. 1. Sports teams from other leagues are to pay
their proportional share of costs for trophies, medals, tournament costs, etc.
when they participate in TVL sports. Outside teams will be assessed one
third (1/3) of the yearly dues for each sport season in which they participate.
Article VI Commissioner
Sec. 1. Salary to be $10,000 per year (August through
July) which includes $1,000 for expenses.
Article VII Student League Meetings
Sec. 1. The TVL will reimburse up to $200 for hosting up
to two (2) student league meetings per year.
Article VIII Entry Fees to CIF Post Season Competition (Volleyball, Track
and Tennis)
Sec. 1. Entry fees for teams and individuals advancing
to Section Competition shall be prorated and reimbursed to the TVL by the
schools involved.
